Booking and Payments

Our booking system is intuitive and easy to get started. To begin, head to any of our tour pages and on the right side of the tour page you will find a booking inquiry panel or alternatively, use our interactive booking calendar, in the side bar. Enter all of your details into this panel and hit submit, this will create a booking request with us and we will be in touch with a response as soon as we have processed your request.

Alternatively, we also offer bookings via email or over the phone. To do this, continue to our ‘Contact Us’ page and you will find our contact info. Reach out if you have any questions.

What Payment Methods are Excepted?

We accept payments by Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer (or PayID) and Cash. We do not accept AMEX and have no booking fees or credit card charges. Our team carry no cash on hand so please arrange the exact balance prior to the tour.

Can I Book Via Email or Over the Phone?

Yes, we do offer bookings via email or over the phone. To do this, continue to our ‘Contact Us’ page and you will find our contact info. Reach out if you have any questions.

When Do I Pay For My Booking?

Full payment is required on pick-up unless the tour has been pre-paid.

Can my Guests Pay Separately?

Yes, your tour guide has a debit/credit card payment machine in the vehicle. Everyone in your booking can pay on the day, dividing you the flexibility to pay separately if you wish to.

What is your cancellation Policy?

For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

Transport and Tour Information

What will the Vehicle be?

Our Vehicle is a luxury Porsche Macan 2020 designed to pick you up in style and take you through the picturesque Yarra Valley.

Do you offer pick up from the Yarra Valley?

We offer complimentary pick-up and return services within the Yarra Valley area (including Yarra Glen/Healesville or Lilydale Station). Pick you up from your accommodation around 9:30-10 am and you will be dropped off back at your accommodation around 5 pm.

We also offer additional pick-up and drop-off services:

$0 – Pick-up and drop-off within a 30Km radius of Healesville.
$100 – Pick-up and drop-off from Melbourne CBD.

All pick-up and drop-offs can be customised, please ensure that your pick-up address is communicated to us prior to the tour date.

Can I Bring My Luggage?

Whilst our vehicles are roomy and comfortable they are built for day touring, our vehicles do not have luggage storage facilities, any luggage must be small enough to sit at your feet or on your lap and upon request, we can confirm whether your luggage is appropriately sized to store in our trunk.

Can We Play Our Own Music in the Vehicle?

This is your tour and if you wish to play your own tunes, then this is more than acceptable.

Our vehicle has Bluetooth, AUX and iPhone chords available.

COVID-19

Are the Tour Guides Fully Vaccinated?

Our staff are proudly fully vaccinated from COID-19.

Do Guests Have To Wear Masks?

In accordance with Victorian law masks are no longer required and guests are fee to decide whether or not they wish to wear one.

Are Your Vehicles Clean?

We do our best to ensure the vehicle is cleaned in between each tour, our standards of cleanliness are thorough and we ensure that the car has been sanitised in between tours to reduce the likelihood of the spread of COVID-19. We also offer complimentary hand sanitiser in the vehicle to use of patrons.
