The vineyard was originally planted in 1995 and 1996. Helen and Joey purchase the property in 2010, the vineyard is a bit over 80 acres in size which puts it in the larger end of the boutique wineries. The unicorn represents strength power and elegance which is the logo and mascot. They also do have range of vegan friendly wines.

At Souhmah Winery you will experience some of the Yarra Valleys critically acclaimed wines, Soumah focuses on styles from northern Italy including Savarro, Pinot Grigio, Ai Fiori (Rosata), Brachetto, Marzemino, Nebbiolo and Barbera as well as the eastern French varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Viognier.

The Tokar family bought the land in 1995 by 1999 they had 30 acres under wine, they were the first in the Yarra Valley to plant the Spanish variety Tempranillo and now it is one of their signature wines. Tokar family estate pride themselves in a traditional European hospitality.

This spectacular chocolate indulgent feast for the senses. There are over 250 different chocolate products and a delicious selection of house-made ice cream. The Chocolaterie was an old 16 hectar cattle farm they now have a 500 tree orchard and wetlands where 3000 trees have been planted. Leanne Neeland is the owner won the Telstra 2008 businesswoman of the year, they sell over five tons of chocolate per week and Rocky Road is the number one choice, they also do workshops on how to make chocolate which children love.
